Here’s what no one tells you though: What works for them may not work for you. Why? Your goals, age, gender, lifestyle – so many things determine the nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits that are best for you.

Rather than worry about whatever exercise fad a wellness influencer is pushing or nutrition trend is trending, focus your energy on getting to know you.

Find the routine that works for you to be successful. Choose foods and prioritize nutrition that makes you feel and be your best. Research how to best support your needs at the age and stage of life you’re in – and headed towards. Do the exercise that supports your goals and that you actually enjoy.
