Last week when the calendar rolled to a new month, I realized something – August means we’re only one month from September. And September means cooler weather, cooler weather, and COOLER WEATHER!
In addition to the cooler weather I love, September brings something many others love – pumpkin EVERYTHING. I love pumpkin-flavored goodies year-round but there’s something about the crisp fall air and chillier temps that just make it so perfect this time of year.

There are so many pumpkin pancake recipes out there but if you’re looking for a new one to try, and one that also gives you some protein and a little extra spice, I think mine’s pretty delish.
I also added a couple new recipes to the Dinner section of the recipes page including my new veggie burger creations (so new I don’t even have a photo of them yet) and veggie street tacos, three ways. And, for those of you who are new, the best part of all my recipes – they’re fast and easy!
